Clinic accused of bilking Medicare for fake HIV shots

MIAMI - Twelve people are accused of racketeering, theft and fraud after a Belle Glade, Fla., clinic is suspected of collecting more than $5 million from Medicare and medicaid for fake HIV treatments.
