Democrats Reintroduce Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Legislation

Senate Majority Whip Richard Durbin , on Tuesday reintroduced legislation that would require the federal government to negotiate prices directly with pharmaceutical companies for medications under the Medicare prescription drug benefit, CongressDaily reports.
