Health Department relinquishing certification for Fort Bayard

SILVER CITY, N.M.â€â€?The state Department of Health is relinquishing Fort Bayard Medical Center’s certification by the federal Centers for Medicare and medicaid and will reapply for new certification, a department spokeswoman says.
