House passes Medicare reform bill
Guam Delegate Madeleine Bordallo yesterday announced the House of Representatives has passed H.R. 3961, the Medicare Physician Payment Reform Act. The bill was introduced by Rep. John Dingell of Michigan and was passed by a vote of 243 yeas to 183 nays.
