The Medicare D prescription drug benefit system for seniors over the age of 55 can be very confusing, according to Garfield County RSVP program director Cheryl Cain. That’s why her organization is here to help cut through all the jargon and assist valley seniors in deciding which Medicare plan best fits their needs.
