Medicare Drug Program Now Covers 90 Percent of Senior Citizens
Aug. 9, 2007 – A report to be presented today will show that more than 90 percent of America’s senior citizens now have Medicare prescription drug coverage, up from just 75 percent in 2004. And, according to the University of Michigan analysis, poor seniors are as likely to have coverage as the rich.
