Osbon settles Medicare fraud case for $1.4 million
Augusta businessman Julian Osbon has settled a Medicare fraud case against him and his company for $1.4 million, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced today. Osbon will also be banned from operating as a Medicare provider for five years, according to the news release.
