Social Security estimate now available to Medicare recipients
Q I applied for Medicare in July but not Social Security, as I hope to find work and wait until full retirement age next year. Since I applied for Medicare, I have been unable to access the “estimator” program at the Social Security Web site and was not sent the yearly statement that shows what your benefits will be when retired.
